most cost effective power

What would be the most effective investment for starting. Already have a cherry bomb. What should be next?New to LTR's
Pipe?
Intake?
Cams?
Porting?

I was thinking intake and exhaust but what about motorwork?

Motor has to breath first. Intake, exhaust, power commander will add plenty of HP. If your still not satisfied get that thing ported and some cams and re-tune it. Maybe even some +1 valves while the head is off. My quad was a night and day difference from porting.
