That is sad on so many levels. I hope all the kids are ok. The parents of all of those kids need to rethink the equipment they have their kids on. None of them are wide enough or have sway bars. Kids have the bad habit of watching right in front of them and not where they are going, that is why that poor little guy got ran over. Such a shame.
