Go to battle at the barn. They may even have a link at www.marshalltownspeedway.com
If your in the state of Iowa during the winter there is usally 5 or6 times a year but only once in Des Moine. Go karts will do under 5 seconds a lap. Its a small flat track but thats still hauling butt.

You will want to use Hoosier cross blocks for that. They use Coke syrup to make the concrete tacky so you aren't sliding all over the place. I'll get the link where to get them.

Or Call Hetrick Racing. They will hook you up with what you need.

You will need a 15x6 tire. Unless you have a go kart tire set up with turn down hubs or a kart axel.

Ok thank you. Its a blast, but the landings hurt. Last year a racer had kart wheels on all four corners. Very fast but the rest of the feild was very upset. Would it be like the three wheel set up for the kart rear axle?

I take it you are talking about the ATC 70 set up for the rear axel. Yes. Very similar to that.

We run hoosier cart tires on our Xtreme flat tracker. Havnt had any other racers complain about having cart tires all the way around. I think its not very popular because of the machine work it takes to make the front hubs and you also cant run front brakes, Burris also makes a very good tire and they are a little more durable . Get a hold of any good cart supplier and they will tell you what compound for the concrete coke syrup surface.
