No, they are too wide at the mounts.

no, from my understanding, the R a-arms are an inch or so (give or take) too wide at the pivot bushings

No, they are off by quite a bit. I'm not sure what the exact measurement is but you aren't gunna be able to grind on it alittle to get it to fit. I know you can do that with the bushings on a pair or 250R arms to get them to fit but you can't do that with these.
