When are the rule and class changes released?

Okay. I have the answer to my own question. Proposed class changes will be posted next week for review and finalized by Christmas.

I like their proposed new format of running the 50 classes. I also heard they may add a 50 open class too. That gives everyone the option to run two classes.

Good. I haven't heard what was disussed at the banquet. The rumor that I heard was just combining the 50sr and 50 CVT. Also, combining 70 SS and 70 CVT. I hope this isn't the case. I can't wait to see the proposed classes. Could change what classes we run.

I sat in the meeting and heard:

1- 70 SS, 70 Sr. and 70 Mod

2- 50 Limited, 50 Sr, 50 Cvt and 50 SS and Cvt and SS will be stagger starts.

Along with a million other things that will be up for proposal.

While I am not a fan of staggered starts. I really like the idea of a 50ss class. I know it is give and take. So, I for one would go with a staggered start to have these 2 classes. I know some people are going to say this is silly, but we can not build a single speed Cobra that will run with a top 50 CVT.

50sr being an open class is interesting. It does give all the 50 riders 2 classes to run without adding motos to the daily schedule.

I like the 70 class propsals too.
