450r Motor Swap

sup guys, i was looking around the shop and i gathered enough parts to put together another 450r, not a serious race bike, just a bike to have fun on for ****s and giggles. The only thing i dont have is an engine and i was thinking about using something different other than a 450r engine. Has anyone used another engine in a 450r? and how hard was it to put in. Remember this bike is just for fun so it has to be relatively cheap, nothing too radical. Thanks!

i seen a stroked xr600 in one and it ripped

XR650 air cooled fits pretty easy, the water cooled one will work too. It is a bi of work to modify the frame to fit the engine tho.

No.

I have seen people swap in 250 2 strokes into a 400ex before.

Basically if you have enough time and money anything can be done.
