Drive chain master link ?

Im gonna be replacing my chain,and was looking into putting a rivet style master link in.In the past on other quads owned, ive had the chain come off due to clip type master link failure.Just wondering if this is a good idea or not.

If the master link is in good condition I have never had one fall off. Gotta make sure the clip is going the right was so the sliders aren't trying to push it off.

I have never seen or used a rivited master link but I'm sure it would work fine if its rivited good. Just hope you don't need the chain to come off for anything soon. Lol

Always used masterlink chains and never had an issue. Gotta make sure the clips on the right way and you use a quality chain. Ive had good success with DID and primary drive.
