250r hood

I was wondering how easily the Maier 250R hood fit on a 40oex. I know you have to cut out the headights, but i was wondering how it fits

Fits great. You have to do a fair amount of cutting on your stock plastic to make it work well, but it's easy if you take your time.

Did you have to drill for the mountning holes and where did the key switch go. Thanks

You can mount the key were ever ya want...here's were I mounted mine...look back farther in this forum..I posted lots of detailed pics on how to mount the hood...;)
