Best Bars?????

I gotta get some new bars for my CR250. Any recomendations? I really dont wanna spend the 175 on the whole kit for the top of the line renthals, but if thats what it takes then so be it. Im not looking to go crazy, just need a decent bar thats stronger than stock. Mine twisted like a pretzel. :D

For the money, Fly bars are hard to beat.

I don't know - Aluminum, CR High Bend, No Colors. Oh, and I have Maier extreme handguards, so they have to work with them. What do you recommend?

i love my tag bars and when i went to a mx freestlye comp all the dirtbikes had tags, i would go with them, and try the SITE SPONSOR they got GREAT prices ;)

But in EVERY magazine test that ive ever seen, Tag bars were rated the lowest in strength rating out of all the top bars. Heck even the Magura X-line bars rated higher. Pro Tapers are prob. top of the line along with 909 BFB cause they are the same as pro tapers. Renthal fatbars are also very strong.

But isn't that a protaper add :confused: I am not saying that it is wrong just don't know how accurate that is.. I do agree I have heard that protaper is the strongest.. But there are also people that think Protaper comes with a lifetime warranty.. maybe but not when you crash and bend them only from manufactures defects..

there was a test in a few dirtbike mags a few months back. And they had a tes in them. well actually they were last year sometime.

Fly bars are very hard to beat for the price I had some and i bet they were almost as strong as the standard renthals i bet. they were aluminum to and only like $30 somthing.
