What is the differences between hiper tech 2's and the cf 1's I know the cf 1's are all carbon. Which ones would be best for xc racing

they both work for any application... the tech 2's have a billit aluminum center with an oring gasket on each side. the cf have a cf center which costs more

The CF1's are actually cheaper, because they only have steel inserts instead of a completely steel inner ring like the Tech 2 or Tech 3.

Both will hold up just fine. The big thing you need for XC racing is dual-beadlock rears (like the tech 2 or 3). On the front you will be fine with single beadlock.
