anyone ever build there quad in their office at work

mine so far now i just got to figure out how i will get it out when i'm done:huh

just flip it up on its side and take it out the door... we had to do that to mine one time:o

getting it out the door will be cake since they are double wide it's the flight of stairs i'm worried about:eek:

Looking real good! I wouldnt suggest putting the A-arms or axle on it... :D Unless your going to jump it out your window... :p

rip-tear has a good ponit why don't you do everything besides putingthe axle and a-arms on and then go out side and bolt up you a-arms and axle on and wheel it into the truck :)

well how big is your window? i'm sure jon could fix you up a ramp and you could jump it out the window....unless of course it is more that a story high then you might have a problem....:eek2:

for anyone who ever wanted to know how to powder coat or chrome plate you a-arms there you have it plus it will only cost you 40 bucks if you know how to weld

even got some new perty boots and a grease zerk now it's the same tierod end still i just swapped out the innerd's with some better stuff and welded the cap back on

in the office, i just started assembling in there piece by peice as i got them done and whala, quads are alot smaller when there in a bunch of pieces:p

get a fork lift and push it on the forks out the window, then just lower it down :p

seriously to tell you the truth, that's what me and my buddy were planning on doin seems like the best idea at the moment
