Roll Design Ball Joints

Ive heard they can be banged out or they need to be pressed. I removed the spiral clips on each side, it looks like you can fit a socket over the joint and hammer it?

How do you guys remove them?

I have used both methods. Important thing is to soak it with wd-40 before removal and this should ease things up a bit.

Haha thanks ya I got em out already. I soaked them in WD40 like you said then hammered em out.
