Im Stumped

My shock builder just gave me a no link 250r frame, Believe it's a older LSR. HAS a plate riveted on the upper shock brace, (LS99. O81) I think. All the mounts look to be 250r, except for the swinger that came with it. The brake stay is on the left side and the chain is on the right side, and if I flip the swinger over to be correct the skid plate mounts are on top and the shock tab is on the bottom. Wth is this.

this is a Rebel star 250 frame. Used a Rotax motor. Chain was on the right. Same geometry as a 250R. Always heard these motors ripped but vibrated like a paint shaker.
