jetting and advance key

'08 400ex bone stock. running uni filter , no lid, and a big gun es series pipe. what advance key degree should i get with a stock engine and what jetting should i start at with this combination and without the advance key.thanks

No lid, Slip-on and filter I'd go stock or 40 pilot. and a 152 main, needle middle clip or 2nd from bottom.

This is guestimation of what I used since I dont know your elevation. You may be able to use up to a 155 main. I'm fairly certain also that the timing advance wont mess with jetting.
