450r carb idle adjuster cable

I was messing with my idle on my 400 when I turned the black knob on the idle adjuster cable when it wouldn't run no more I realized the adjuster idle cable screw came out from the bottom of the carb. Did I break it or can I just turn the knob to screw it back in?

Put it back in there, but yes twisting it enough you can snap the wire. SOunds like you didnt but came close.

Yea it was fine I had to take the carb off to screw it back it back in now i have another problem when me and my friend installed the throttle cable we got the 450r cable when we installed the 450r carb we had to take the Lil cover thing on handlebars off to put it on well I went messing with it now I can't get the Lil knob to go in between the Lil slit and come up to stay in position for the throttle :(
