Anyone see the december 2012 dirt wheels article on the honda/ct 350r? It says that ct has ordered 20 arens frames that will be available soon for $1795. The article also said that hinson may have some quick change clutch covers for sale? Anybody have any info on either one of these statements. I have been looking for a hinson 8 plate quick change cover for over a year now. Any Info would be greatly apprreciated, thanks.

I know about two years ago I spoke to Allen over at CT and he mentioned that he had been trying to get Arens to build frames again, but it was slow going. Guess he finally convinced him to build them. Best bet would be call CT and ask, get the info straight from the source.

This is a pretty major deal for the 250r community. Keeping it in the magazines and articles is what will help keep her alive. Its cool to read it and they were sure giving the 250r some of the glory she deserves! Its good to see a 250r in the spotlight again.

Did they already send the Dec 2012 issue out already? I subscribe to dirt wheels and I have not yet received this issue yet. I was just curious if they sent it out, if they did, Im sure its a matter of time before mine shows up in the mail.

It's nice to see them parising an old 2-Stroke again!

What I wouldn't give to have that CT 350 :(

I have to stop checking this forum, everytime I come in here I get the urge to get another 250r..

Don't believe everything Allen Knowles says. He is notrious for lying. he can built a good engine but would lie to you about it the whole time. He will never get another penny of my money. I would guess more that this story was done to get interest - then the frames would get built. I can't see anyone building 20 frames with no orders.
