i know there have been so many threads about questioning where to put the gussets, because i myself have made one, but is it possible that you can put too many gussets in, and your frame will become "too strong" to the point where it will crack in other nonstressfull points?

also, tell me what you think of my gusseting spots when lrdmx400ex posts my pics!

here are the pics, the word on the street is that it just needs some "flex"

you need to add on by upper shock mount, like the 2 in the first picture

when pappy stripped my frame down it was fine... no stress marks or anythin so he gussetted it in these 3 places... he told me there was no need to overdo it and those are the main 3 places for cracks... so thats all i have on mine...

I have seen a few frames that seem to be an overkill
some flex is a good thing ...besides who needs all the extra weight?...
mine was reinforced recently ..it was done in only 4 critical spots

I'm getting mine done this weekend, All I'm doing is my upper shock mounts and beefing up some of the welds.
