quick question, i want a taller stem, but don't want to spend $230 dollars, could i just take mine out cut and weld in like a 2 inch spacer? on the inside of the tube then and kinda do a dowel design.

Yup. Or for 150, this guy makes you the same thing but adds an antivibe setup to it too. Only need the tierod mount to the stem, so you could have a totally bent stem and he can use it.

Mines straight I just don't want super long bar risers, they look bad and how much is a anti vibe system?

Comes with the price of making the stem for 150. All you need is clamps for the bars.

If your like me, I try to do as much custom work as I can, as long as I can do it right and not half a** it, but if its bent in half cut out the bend and space and so on, buy that's imo

What did you type in to eBay for it to POP up? The link won't work for me for some reason.

HOUSER ATV ANTI VIBE HANDLEBAR STEM CLAMP 7/8 STD SIZE

That's just the bar clamps though. I don't see how you are going to use that to mount to a stem when you don't have the top piece that those rubber bushings fit into.
