View Full Version : TCS 400EX dual rate shocks

A set of aftermarket front shocks from a 400EX, they appear to be TCS brand but not 100% sure. Dual rate, compression adjustable, remote reservoirs, center eye to center eye is 15 3/4". Shocks need a rebuild/service but, anyone looking at used aftermarket shocks know they need to be set up to your weight and riding style anyhow. Shaft seal leaks on one shock. One of the clickers has 16 clicks from soft to hard. The other clicker doesnt seen to stop turning. Paint on springs are starting to chip but could easily be stripped and repainted. Shafts are straight and no pitting!

Pretty sure these will fit a Z400 and a Raptor but double check..

I'd like to see $200 shipped for them (paypal as a gift or cover the fees)

No idea. They need a rebuild anyhow so have them valved at the same time.

All I know about the shocks is in the first post. One clicker turns 16 clicks the other one just keeps turning. The seals leak and the springs could use a good cleaning and paint/powder.

They will fit in the large flat rate usps game box.. That costs $15 to ship so you're only paying $100 for the shocks..

That's cheap.

I know its cheap no doubt about it. just was wondering if they needed re sprung of not cause thats what get in your pocket..ill let you know.
