Well, I had this extra Brembo Radial Master cylinder sitting around in the garage from my street bike and really liked the feel of them on my street bike. So I figured I would give it a try on my Hybrid. Im running TRX450 spindles, hubs, calipers, and front master now so this should work pretty well with it.

The lever was pretty sloppy and the pivot and barrel were worn out. So I set the lever and master cylinder up in the Mill and bored the wholes out and made some oil impregnated bronze bushings. Then I remade the worn out barrel and pivot and the throw adjustment knob out of Titanium... They didn't need to be made out of Titanium but I like having things other people dont and mostly because well I can... haha. I will post up some more pics of it mounted and bled when my Banjo bolt comes in.

Post some better pics of the parts you made please.
I always like seeing custom parts.

I like working with Titanium.... Except for tapping it. I got some other parts in the works over the next few weeks...

All of this was pretty simple... I think it took me from start to finish about 6 hours to do it all.

Lever with oil impregnated bronze. Trying to cut down on the wear of the lever so we will see how it holds up...
