Jetting with a fcr?

i have a 426 high compression lightened fly wheel the old stage two hot cam and a fcr off a crf, wondering whats u guys are running for jetting, i havent did any test and tuning. would like to start off in the ball park. right now it has 45 168 havent check needle

I have a 41mm and my jetting usually around a 175 main , 42 pilot and the clip on the needle all the way up.

any one else? on my yfz450 i ran a 48 needle on 4th and 168 and it was perfect? dont seem like this 400 would need that much fuel
