300ex a-arm bushings

does anyone have any info on how t get the bushing out of my 300ex a-arms

They should pop right out...but you need to remove the small circlip first....take the seal out, then the bushing, then behind that is a small clip that you need to remove to get the actual bearing out....get in there with a pick and pick it out...save it if your kit didn't come with new ones..

there is a clip on each side of the bearing, but you can take out only one and then remove the old and install the new from that side


I did my friends bike a few weeks ago and it was easy as pie...
