carb tuning

did the choke removal, got a 42 pilot to put in, do i have to turn the air screw to 2 and half turns out with this set up????

Stock or aftermarket carb? Why remove the choke? What main?

Stock carb, people on here say its a mod for more air flow and they say use a 42 pilot for cold starting. so do i leave the air screw alone or adjust it for the 42 pilot?

found it on a old thread, 2.5 turns out with a 42 pilot!!!!!!!!!
