Custom LSR 250R chassis with 2004 CRF450 motor with DASA head. Within the last couple of rides the following has been done:

•Complete engine, transmission and carb rebuild (~$3,900, have receipt). The engine got a big bore (100mm) Cylinder Works kit along with a Hot Rods + 3mm crank for 511cc! Everything was gone through from the top to the bottom end and the transmission gears and associated parts were replaced as well. The carburetor main body was replaced and everything else was worked over by Tokyo Mods (R&D Power Bowl, Power Pump Adjustable Leak Jet, etc.)

•Installed one-off Elka Stage 5 shocks (~$3,100)

That’s $7,000 worth of stuff right there. At least $15,000 invested.

Other items of interest on the bike:

•New ASV levers
•New Clarke gas tank
•Newer Flexx bars
•Newer front end ball and heim joints
•Newer seat and cover
•Newer bearings around the bike
•Newer powdercoating
•Newer front bumper and rear grab bar
•+4+1 LSR DC-4 A-Arms
•S.S. Brake lines
•Std. LSR “No-link” DC-4 S-arm
•LSR +1+1 Steering Stem
•Precision Stabilizer
•LSR Front Wheel hubs
•LSR Nerf Bars
•Custom nerf nets
•LSR Carrier
•LSR Axle
•Powdercoated DWT Wheels
•Maxxis Tires
•Power Madd HandGuards
•Hinson Clutch Basket
•Aftermarket radiator and cooling fan system
•Laker Custom Fenders
•Curtis Sparks Exhaust recently repacked

Some spares included as well such as a custom air box and 250r filter (has open air filter setup as well) and a spare seat. Vehicle has been titled.

Asking $6,500 (was $8,000). Willing to consider offers, especially to account for any out of state shipping charges.

Curious more than anything, the one-off stage 5 elkas. If they are one-off what are they?

They are stage 5's. I just meant Elka had to custom make them for the no link swingarm and +4, +1 front arms. I called them one-off's because I can't imagine anyone else would order these same shocks. In fact, Lonestar's updated DC-4 A-arms for 250r's are +3, +1, although I'm assuming they will still make the older style with +4, +1 on request.

In other words, Lonestar had to give Elka lengths, ratios, etc. for this bike as they did not have have it in their database. Also, I believe this was the first set of 250r stage 5's that Elka sold. It was definitely the first for a hybrid :)
