is their a different in the 04/05 frame to the 06+ frame?

Yeah theres a difference..most noticable difference being the motor mount width

and oil cooler brackets arent on the 06. they will enterchancge. all you have to do is use the motor mounts for the motor you plan to use. example. 05 motor use 05 mounts. other than that your good
