Got a new cover gonna look into venting it a bit and then placing the outerwear cover over all of it. Post up pics of what ya have done. Or email them to me

THAT OUTERWEARS WILL STOP BIG PCS BUT IN WONT STOP WATER
ALSO IF YOUR CVT IS GENERATING THAT MUCH HEAT IT IS POSSIBLE SOMETHING ELSE IS THE CULPRIT
WE RUN LONG SESSION OVER AN HR AND ITS NOT AN ISSUE AT ALL
KEEPING FUEL IN IT FOR 45 MINUTES IS THOUGH !!

ONE THING THAT WILL CAUSE ALOT OF HEAT IS TO HEAVY OF ROLLER WEIGHTS
ANOTHER IS IF THE VARIATOR SHEAVES ARE DISHED

Get yourself a step drill bit and swiss cheese that sucker. Stay away from the kicker area - wanna maintain its strength and the bearing area for the rear pulley.
If it rains or is muddy, throw on some gorrilla tape to cover the holes....
