stroker crank

I saw a banshee crank on ebay that said stock oem converted to +4mm stroker. I have never heard of this. Could someone tell me if this is possible or is it a hoax? Any help is appreciated.

well you can can change the rods on a stock crank which is maybe what their selling. Its not the cheapest way to go especially if your crank is currently welded but yes you can change the stroke by changing the rods on the crank.
