from my experience there are normally more mini's than anything else. some weekends are better than others but there is normally quite a few mini's there.

where are you coming from in mid tn. there may be a shorter way for you. there are some new roads that are not updated on a lot of gps programs right now. I can honestly say the drive is worth it!! I'm working in peoria, Il right now and I'll be driving down pretty much every weekend, bike weekends and quad weekends. that's a 6hr 40min drive for me.

I am 30 miles north of Peoria on the river. Thanks for the reply. I need to keep the little one riding over the winter this year.

sorry for the delay in getting back with you guys, the turnout for the mini's was great and we are working on more. I'm gonna get some exact numbers for you just as soon as I can.

We are working on trying to get a beginner class going in the 50cc if we can get enough interest. My 2nd daughter and one other boy as of right now will be there for sure, and I may have a couple more that aren't sure yet. this class will be in addition to the usual 50cc classes for the learning how to ride riders. If you know of anyone that is interested please let me know.

We are planning to make the next one and bring a friend. so one 50 and one 90 to add to the minis. not first timers.

that's great! The more the better! I don't know many people on here yet, so if you can encourage more to come please do.

If you haven't been there before feel free to call or text me and I can give you some info on the local area or you can call the track.

we usually stay at the best western not to far from the track (They give a discount for earlywine racing) instead of dragging a camper.

ok I've got the numbers for you:

class sat. sun.
50 lim (4-8) 5 6
50 open 1 1
70 shifter 3 4
70 auto 4 3
90 (10-15) 0 1
90 (7-9) 3 3
90 prod 3 3
super mini 2 4

obviously some kids ran in a couple different classes so the numbers will be off a little but still not a bad turnout at all. hopefully this will post like i typed it lol.

The turnout was down for all, the minis will have more show as the weather turns and the builds get finished. Our neighbor went down and loves the new layout, he has a beginner and a national rider. He liked the track for both. We have been down and the folks are a great bunch from owners to racers. Open practice follows both race days for just 10 more bucks. We hope to slide down, but unfortunately the slide is curvey and my wife and little guy get car sick. Many puke stops for us going down. Lol!
