I'm thinking of moving next year and colorado is my first choice. Where I live now is tough on ATVs, can't ride on state land and almost nobody lets ATVs ride on their land (I'm lucky, my dad has land). Can one ride on BLM land in colorado? Are some place ok and some not?

Where are some places in colorado with land that isn't too expensive and has some acres? I like to shoot rifles as well so out in the boonies is preferred. Thanks guys! - D

My buddy lives in Colorado, he said that there are places to ride ATVs, but snowmobiles are king up there. if you enjoy riding snowmobiles I would def go for it

I have a snowmobile but its a trail sled, I assume there's only powder / mnt sledding up there, but I could buy one.

Anyone know where the good areas to ATV? I'm also kind of a redneck, so I would like to find like folks to live around. I'd rather avoid moving in next to some granola crunches if I want to go out after dinner and rattle off some AR15 clips if you know what I mean.
