Sproket hub install ??? Any easy way?

I got the old one off, want to put it on the new axle. I know they are a pita, are press fit. I was thinking of heating the hub, using a brass ring( to lay on the hub), then a long pipe, beating it down untill it seats on the circlip. I know getting it pressed on is the best way, but I do not have a place remotely close that is capable of this that I actually trust. How did you all do this ?

You shouldn't even need to put one on the new axle. I'm pretty sure every aftermarket honda axle comes with the sprocket hub already installed. Atleast every one I've seen has had one already on it.

This is actually a used aftermarket axle. I have numbers off it, I believe it to be a G force. It has factory style splines on it, so it isn't a D-blue axle.
