shackle lift

hey guys i just bought a shackle lift for my truck
now will i b able to instal this my self or am i takin it to a shop

if you can support the frame and remove 4 bolts then re-install the 4 bolts with a a new shackle you got it!

thats how it would be in the perfect world. now chances are each bolt will be rusted in there. there is a steel sleeve in the rubber leaf spring bushing and the bolt is notorious for seizing in there.

ways to get the seized bolt out ;
air hammer ( no likely )
ball joint press. ( works well )
cut the head off the bolt and pull the stud through with the nut ( works well when replacing the bolts )
