2 stroke pipe builder on East coast?

Does anyone know of a 2 stroke pipe builder on the east coast? this isn't for a 250r but i figure you guys would be my best bet for an answer.

LED is in Portland Oregon. About as far west as you could get

I was just thinking that. it is a can am ds450x hybrid with a rotax 250 2 stroke motor. It will be used for trail/gncc type riding
