looking for an odd little part

Any one have the little spacer that sits between the lower face of the bearing and the nut you use to tighten the whole shebang up? The item in question is #9 in the picture.

thats a collar... I actually just looked it up last night and it's still available from Honda... like 6$... I am rebuilding my stem as well....

yep i figured it still was , thought id ask around here , maybe some one half way local had one...and i could pick it up in my travels
