06 to 05 plastic???

Ok I have plastic for an 06 trx and was wondering if it will work on an 05 trx? And also the plactic piece that the kicker rest in can it be removed?

Not sure how it is done, but I always hear with slight modifications that the plastics are interchangeable and bolt right up , I think somewhere around the tank and heat shield .

The black plastic piece has to be changed to the year rear plastic u use and some triming might be required to get it around the valve cover I got 05 rear on A 07
