I recently got my frame powder-coated and the motor beafed up a bit. i just got it put all back together yesterday and tried to start it, NOTHING. no lights no nothing. I checked all connections, and the fuse and everything seems ok. If i push on the side of the battery the head lights flicker on a little. is the powdercoat causing me a bad ground?

A bad ground is definately a possibility. Just check them and make sure their touchin bear metal.

You may have to scrape some of that pretty new PC off to make a good ground...But its better then not riding your quad
