2 Fast Water Pump Issue

I got an issue with the water pump on our 2 fast.About every 3-5 laps it will throw the little pin in the impeller shaft out and tear up the drive wheel.I have a fix in the works but i would like to know how many have had this problem and if you have figured out what causes it to happen.Thanks Trai

Trai, call Deal. He told me about his doing that the other day, and he had a permenant fix for it.

I have tried the silicone trick,the gorilla glue trick,ect and non worked.I have a permanent fix in the works.Really what i want to know is what causes this to happen?

is this the 70 or 90 ?

We are running the mach-1 water pump drivers and our pin has never come out, we do not use any silicone. Could the pin "hole" have become enlarged making it have too much slack?
