I rode Glamis this weekend with my Fatboy 4 for the first time, and thought I would share my Impressions.
First of all the construction is great, Very heavy duty. It looks like it will last. It is a little heavy, lighter than stock though.
Instalation was no problem, they give you new copper gaskets and jets.
One thing I like about this exhaust is the silencer connects to the frame in two places.
The system looks great, sounds even better!!
I really didn't think a full system would be that much better than a slip on. I was WRONG. This exhaust ads a lot of power, so much more it is scary. Revs much faster and just keeps pulling.
On top of that Duncan was great to work with, Lenny spent half an hour talking to me about my quad and setting up the Fatboy.
If your looking for a high end exhaust consider the Fatboy 4. I highly recomend it.

Hey, nice review! Did you get it directly from Duncan? How much did it run you for everything and how loud is it.

I had a few rides this weekend with Dune Surfer in glamis... I didn't think it was overly loud... Actually I think my CT Slip on was louder... what do you think Dune Surfer...?

I Installed the turn down tip and spark arrestor and it made it quieter. I bought it directly from duncan. Thier only forty miles from my house. Retail price on the exhaust is $549, plus $39 for the turn down and $17 for the spark arrestor. Lenny gave me a break on price because I read the price online for the Z. It's cheaper because it only has one header. So I paid $499.. Great pipe, really solid and fast fast fast. Great gains over my supertrapp slip on. It's not to loud and sounds mean.

Hey Dune Surfer,

Sounds like a good pipe, thanks for the review. Good decision on the turn down tip, it looks a lot better than without.

Dune Surfer - Did you have to re-jet over what you had setup with the slip on?

I have to say that you made a wise choice. The pipe is awesome and can hang with any out there. I have a 416 kit with fcr carb and the Fatboy and it hangs with the same setup and Sparks x6 pipe. The one thing I realy like about the pipe is how easy it is to take the spark arrestor off so you can run it wide open in the dunes!

I jetted up from a 165 to 172. I'll do a plug test this weekend but it feels pretty close.
