I just rebuilt my quad and i added a 400EX carb and opened the air box and its really hard to pull a wheelie and it doesnt have the stap that it used too. Should i put the lid back on or should i look at the jetting or what any help would be nice! Thanks

what jet #s are you running ? it could most likely be the jetting..

You over-carbed your motor. The carb is to big and with your mods it can't pull the fuel/air charge into the cylinder with enough velocity to produce good low-mid power. Go back to your stock carb or find one a little smaller then the 400EX carb.

Your jetting can be off, your not runnin the stock 400ex jets are you??

On the megamax II, You may want to add more discs because its pushin more air.

Your throttle cable and all are tight right??

I would also put the airbox lid back on and try to limit how much air is goin into ur motor.

i would try to go down in jet size first. As steve-o said, you should put air box lid back on. These simple improvements may be enough to fix your problem. If this doesn't work i would get a smaller carb. Even taking the choke out, and rejetting your stoke carb would work fine on ur bike.
