Guys, what's a fair value on this motor?

Hey all,
I have an 05 450r motor I'd like to sell. One hour or so on the rebuild. 13.5 to 1 piston, stage 2 hot cam, ported head (by a reputable local builder) new valves/springs, all new clutch, fcr carb and sparks pipe. What is a fair value for this? I'm not looking to make a ton, I just want to make sure I price it fair. I am looking to sell these parts to purchase a 250r motor. Thanks! Frank.

1500 probably. Probably will get closer to 900 on a good day.

I see just a motor go for $1500. You have an FCR and exhaust also. I would think closer to $2000 for everything.

It will include all electronics, fcr carb and sparks exhaust. 1 hour on all new parts mentioned. Thanks.

i would say between 1600 to 2000 would be about right
