Crf450r clutch

Say I bought a rekluse z start pro for a crf450r would it fit in my 05 450r?

Compare the pressure plate and basket part numbers. If they are the same you are good to go. I've always heard you should use an aftermarket basket with the rekluse.

i put a rekluse in my 05 450r but my kit was labeled for the trx450r i am almost certain that it is the same thing cause rekluse only has quad kits for quads that have the same clutches as the bikes they dont make quad specific clutches. you will want to use a good aftermarket basket and inner hub with it. (they suggest hinson) one thing you might have to do is if you get the rekluse clutch cover you have to grind the kick start lever slightly cause on the bike the kicker goes backwards not frontwards. but if you get it in and set up right you will most likely like it. The rekluse is the best mod i have done to my quad i race harescrambles and run for 1.5hrs in the woods and i never touch my clutch lever once and i never stall the motor.
