Re-Packing a T-4 Pipe?????????

Alirghty I just want to get a heads up on this.
I just bought a T-4 Last weekened and it;s sweet for my 300

And I just to know how often I should repack the muffler and what's the best material to use???

I do my 4 stroke pipe once a year. I use white bro's packing, but as long asits for a 4 stroke it'll work. 2stroke packing isn't made for that much heat.
