This is for an lsr crf450 250r geo. It is a mix between both a Walsh and Laeger fliptop.

Thanks Jerry.

Nice work as always.
but one question...
are you running a no-link shock setup on this crf frame or did you do some custom link?
I ask because on the LSR no link, the shock runs right through the center of the seat mounts on those subframes. Looks like the cross bars you welded in there will hit the no link shock.
Does the no link shock hit, i am asking because i so want this to work as i would love to get one of these from you.

thanks

Well we will see as I live in Indy and he is in cali. If it hits I will change it. Part of doing the first one without the complete quad. He will have it this sat or next mon. I think it will be ok.

I did have to move the front crossbar for the grommet tab. But she is good to go now!

Haha just did the reverse of this to my PRP hybrids. I had a leager 250r with a flip top and 2 PRP hybrids with flip tops. Seat always wants to lift up. Maybe not with a new bushing up front but once you open it a few time it gets loose. I had several close calls because of this and one wreck that threw me over the edge. I rode for a while with a big *** zip tie holding the seat down! I think the only way to do it is if you have a actual latch up front. A latch with a cable release like for example what's on the Suzuki LTR seat. I'm not trying to be negative we all know that the sport we enjoy is not the safest and it is always a calculated risk. However I try to keep my equipment as safe as possible. I'm not saying anything bad about the craftsmanship it looks top notch! Just thought I'd share a little hard earned knowledge. Be safe and have fun!

On the old Walsh hybrids we used to put zipties vertically on that front rubber grommet 3 or 4 of them spaced around the circle and that seat would be so snug in there you'd have to fight it to get the seat to lift to start the thing.
