smoke gray is the closest but not an exact match.

agree'd...when i modified the shock mounts to put my 450r shocks on my 400, i used gray rustoleum primer that i bought from lowes...its not an exact match, but from farther than a foot away, you really cant tell the difference

here is a pick after the one bracket was painted..it's a close match

Do you have any local auto body and paint stores (suppliers). If so you can take a sample of the color you want and they can match it and even put it in a spray can. I took my stock handle bars in and they matched it and I am now good to go. At our local supplier I think it ran me about $12 for the can. Also try rustoleums hammered siver color. I painted a set of aftermarket a-arms this color and it is almost the identical color to the frame.

What kind of sand paper should I use on the frame before I use the rustoluem?

I thought Rocky Mountain sold the actual frame touch up paint?

Could be wrong.

EDIT: Found it.
