need help on frame identity?

picked up this frame a few weeks ago and am not sure who made it. the swinger is lpc but im not sure about the frame. guy said it was a laeger

The frame is also a LPC. You can tell because it looks exactly like a Laeger (which lovins copied) but the pivot bolt area has a box in gusset.

ok thanks, i figured it might not have been a laeger because all the ones ive seen had the 3 holes in the front around the stem area.
