I have a eton 40 viper jr that will start up and idle but will not move with a 40 lb kid on it. I can pull it against a wall and it acts like it is out of power when I accelerate. Does anyone know if there are restrictors on these bikes? Is it gear driven or belt? Dont know a lot about these bikes. Thanks
