he is running to lean his plug is white he just put on a fmf Ti-4 full system with power bong header and everything also has K and N filter he said the header was glowing red he jetted it to what the instructions said anyone have a similar setup or sugestions on what jets to go with

it mayb be running lean still, but it is sometimes normal i believe on 4 strokes

it is running lean because of the white plug i believe it had a stock 142 jet and the directions said to go to 138 and move the needle and clip and everything i just didnt know what to tell him about jetting his carb

If stock is 142 and he put a filter and exhaust on, then he would have to go up in his jetting. Don't know to what, but if he went down, he is running way to lean and will eventualy burn up his motor. He better change it, before he starts riding again.

he just put in what the directions said for his elevation and mods????? he went to a size bigger yesterday and said it worked out better and the plug was a tan color
