I had no issues with mine when I bent it, but that was close to 10 years ago.

Not to be a d*ck or anything, but i would do the same thing if it was my company too.

Its not their fault you did not maintain your atv.

They wouldnt replace it for having a bad bearing. They have a warranty for there axles holding up to standard racing abuse. When another manufacturer has bearings go bad and damage their product then they shouldnt have to replace their axle. the axle isnt designed to hold up to bad bearing and resist marring, its designed to not break/bend and that is what the warranty is for.

It created to Much heat and removed the temper out at the threads

i doubt a bad bearing is the reason your axle snapped..

The axle did not break from your bearings going out...Just as an example I was riding my 250r the other day with a friend of mine...Long story short we stopped at the lake for a few minutes, and I just happened to look at my rear end...Only to notice the entire sprocket side bearing was gone... And I could shake the quad side to side about 4 inches... The ball bearings & inner race were no where to be found and the outer race welded itself to the sprocket hub...Now if we went by what everyone else here thinks then my axle should be in 6 pieces on the garage floor shouldn't it? But in reality I was at mx practice this past weekend and the axle and new carrier held up perfect. Take my story for whatever its worth but I'm certain its there fault the axle broke...

I totally misread that!

I thought you were saying it broke your axle nut threads. Like it stripped the splines or something..

I didn't see you said, it broke AT the axle nut threads.

Idk.

Would they have heated it to straighten the axle?

Thanks for all the support in this matter.
I herd that they could be hard to deal with but i didnt think it would be like this. The bad part is I have 4 other atv with dominator axels in them. SUCKS TO BE ME!!!!!!!!!
