right off the bat id like to give some background info. YES ive used the search bar! i dont have a crf engine. i already have a 450r! Also i have a completely built 400ex that ive had for some years, plus i have the 450r engine sitting in my garage as well so i don't need input about money time or pros and cons. and yes i can weld.
OK with all that said i want to put this engine in my 400ex for these reasons
my 400ex is fully set up for xc racing
i hate the stock 450r headlight
i don't want to blow 6k building my 450r
id like to know all the problems i face with this project like
intake
exhaust
radiator
engine mounts
any other issues you may know about
