40cc Rascal Front End

Hey all, I have a 2002 E-Ton 40cc Rascal that i just bought. Everything works great, but i had a question about the front end. It seems like the tires are toed out, and i wasn't sure if that was normal or not. I wasn't able to find any pictures online of the front end to compare mine to. Does anyone have one or can anyone confirm that this is OK/Correct? I posted pictures of mine below. Thanks!!

Ya thats how those are when the shocks lose pressure. We had a preditor do the same and then replaced the arms and shocks and all was good.. Hope that helps and if you send me a better pic of the front arms I can tell you what will work....
