Hey everyone, I have been looking for some frame guards (to cover up the part of the frame that gets worn out from boots rubbing up against it) but I can't find any ANYWHERE. I have an old dennis kirk magazine with them in it but other than that I can not find them. Of course DK does not carry them anymore either so I am out of luck there. If you know of anyone who makes them or sells them PLEASE let me know.

Get you some grip tape, like for a skateboard, and cut it to fit on your frame.. That works pretty well.

I've heard DG makes them but not too sure where to find them. I've hunted on ebay and other places a lot. Worst comes to worst I will try the grip tape like was previously mentioned.

Keep an eye on ebay, I did not see them either but I do see them on there from time to time.

I know what you mean.
I had the same problem.
I made my own.

I tipped the quad over on the side, layer down aluminum foil, and did a couple layers of fiberglass, then paint.
